"School 21" launched the first enrollment for training of IT specialists in Magadan
Acceptance of applications for admission to the "School 21" in Magadan, where everyone from 18 years old can get in-demand IT-speciality, has started. To enter the main course, participants need to apply online on the school's website, complete two online memory and logical thinking games, and then a selection "pool" awaits them. It will be held at one of the existing campuses in other regions. The start of the "pool" is 8 July, 2024.
The "Pool" is the final qualifying stage, which takes place over 26 days. As part of it, participants write code from scratch, create a game, and complete team and individual projects. Based on its results, participants are enrolled in the main training.
"School 21" in Magadan is being jointly realised by Sberbank and the Government of the Magadan region following an instruction from the President of the Russian Federation. Today there is an active development of information technologies in the region and there is a great demand for specialists in this field: recently it has increased by 25%. "School 21" in Magadan will contribute to the region in training qualified IT specialists and will open access to IT training for residents in the region.
