Sergey Nosov at a meeting of the regional government commented about the President of Russia's Address to the Federal Assembly

Sergey Nosov opened the meeting of the Government of the Magadan region with the main topic - the Address of the President of Russia Vladimir Putin to the Federal Assembly.

"The Russian President's Address is a grand programme for the country's social and economic development for the next six years. There were 80 important points in the Address, almost half of them concern the Magadan region and its residents", - commented the Governor of the Magadan region Sergey Nosov.

The head of the region pointed out that most of the support measures are aimed at small municipalities and their residents, with a focus on the social sphere.

"First of all, and the president has emphasised this, - providing support for doctors, teachers, lecturers, repairs to kindergartens and special vocational education institutions", the governor said.

Addressing the heads of ministries and departments of the Magadan region, Sergey Nosov drew attention to the fact that Vladimir Putin's message should be carefully studied in every direction.

The Address to the Federal Assembly is the main political event of the country. Russian President Vladimir Putin delivered his 19th Message. Traditionally, State Duma deputies and senators, members of the government, high-ranking officials of the President's administration, heads of the Prosecutor General's Office, Constitutional and Supreme Courts, heads of regions, chairmen of the Central Election Commission, the Audit Chamber and the Public Chamber, and heads of major religious denominations were invited to the announcement ceremony. Also among those invited were SMO participants and volunteers.
